Moving Forward! Building a Motivational Blueprint to Refocus and Recharge – HCS Head Start

Are you ready to regain your focus, confidence, and purpose?

Moving beyond the stress and challenges of the past year requires leaders to be intentional and focused on all that is possible. This highly interactive two-month program is designed to motivate leaders by reigniting their passion for leading early childhood programs!

You will be inspired by live presentations and guided through a variety of reflective exercises to help you create a comprehensive blueprint that will support you in bringing your very best to your professional work.  Your leadership blueprint will include:

  • A clear and compelling vision statement to guide you and inspire you to bring your professional aspirations to life
  • An action plan for effectively managing your time that utilizes new strategies for being focused and intentional in your daily work
  • A master list of practical and easy to implement mindfulness habits and practices to keep you calm and focused
  • A cultivated list of relevant resources to guide you as you bring your vision to life and incorporate new strategies into your leadership work
  • A year-long professional learning plan to keep you committed to your professional growth

This series will be delivered in four sections that include live presentations, reflective assignments, a discussion board for participants, inspirational resources and the opportunity to work with an accountability partner. In order to receive a 10-hour certificate of completion, participants must complete five discussion posts and submit a one-page motivational blueprint.

The live presentations will be held from 7:00 – 8:30 pm EST on the dates listed for each section. The presentations will be recorded and posted to the course website.

This series will draw from the research in Susan’s books, Inspiring Early Childhood Leadership and Inspiring Professional Growth, and a wide variety of empowering and current resources, including:
