How Does This Course Works

This unique workshop series is designed to re-energize all participants and help them to shift to a more positive and inspiring way to manage their programs and their lives. Participants will return to their programs with new ideas and strategies for deeply connecting their vision and core values with the teachers, children and families in their program. Specific topic areas will include intentionality, creating a vision statement and personal action plan, time management that focuses of your key goals, motivating and inspiring staff, fundamental coaching skills and assessing and enhancing the culture and climate of early childhood programs. All aspects of this course will provide new ideas, resources and the reflective framework necessary for leaders to improve the quality of their programs and all their professional relationships.
